Guilty of being a philosopher and a hobby pianist, as soon as Lorie learnt to type accurately, she fell in love with her hands dancing over a different keyboard. This created the desire to type someone’s book. It has taken almost four decades to realise it was her books that needed typing.
Her well-fed travel bug has taken her across Australia several times and to exotic countries in both hemispheres, although her insatiable appetite for sleek aircraft and fast cars haven’t played a role in these expeditions. . . yet!
Lorie lives in tropical North Queensland with two pooches, one piano and a man who enjoys her baking.
