The World Before The Flood by John D Thomas
There is growing evidence of an advanced worldwide civilization that once existed on Earth. Genetics, archaeology, and historical records indicate that a cataclysm destroyed that civilization, leaving few humans alive. What role did people play in this destruction?
Bill McKay, a man from our era, time-travels to this period. The climate is ideal, food is abundant, and dinosaurs and other animals live peacefully with humans. Bill meets a beautiful woman who helps him forget the tragic death of his wife. A paradise… or so he thinks.
Despite the idyllic conditions, Bill witnesses the violence and corruption firsthand, reminding him of his world with its incessant war, death, and destruction. He meets a man who warns of the impending destruction of the world. Can Bill help prevent it?
