Author Bio:
I have always been dedicated to helping others in their career paths, whether it be employees or individuals struggling to navigate the ever-changing economy. Looking back, I am proud of the hundreds of candidates I have helped assess themselves for a career shift, acquire the necessary skills for their desired job, and successfully navigate the job market.
At the beginning of my career, I founded a sales company that covered 15 western states. During that time, my company and its employees helped many large and small companies and entrepreneurs grow their businesses. This success brought opportunities to serve on advisory boards for many of the companies we represented, which gave me a fresh and expanded perspective on the business world.
Helping my contacts and customers during pivotal moments in their lives allowed me to grow personally and inspired me to care about the individuals I work with. As I began reinventing myself, I realized the importance of genuine networking and relationships. Assisting others with directions and ideas allowed me to make a positive difference in their lives.
