Author Bio:
Lee was born in the deep south and later moved to St. Louis, Missouri where he proved to be a successful student athlete. He was awarded a football scholarship to attend a private midwestern university where he studied Art Education, Physical Fitness and graduated with a MBA. Lee met and married his wife of 46 years while in college. They made a home in their college town with their four children. Lee worked many years in the food service industry and slowly saw his fit athletic body develop a weight problem. He shares his story and weight loss tips in hopes that you will find it encouraging and supportive on your journey to looking and feeling better
