Featured Interview With Randhir Kaur
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I am Randhir Kaur-
Author of Joe Blow, The Chord and Bonmot Yarns. (Amazon, Kindle, Flipkart, Pothi, Barnes and Noble) . I have been a part of The Wordsmiths (Kolkata) and co author at FOI (Flavours of Instagram).
I am a Storyteller,Blogger at Times of India readers Blog (TOI) and an Interviewer.
Also a student, completed my Bachelors in Literature and Masters in Literature.
I have lately started an Open Mic at my place as ' Kirdaar' and looking forward to bring out more voices and great sessions .
I am a learner and I have a greed to learn and repeat.
I am born and raised up in Jorhat, Assam. Currently living at Tinsukia with my husband in Tea Garden.
I do have pet dogs,Pitbull and American Spitz ,viz, Diana and Spoty.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
It was at the age of 15 I started to write. The interest became intense and profound with time. I learnt the fact after my matriculation that my love for words and literature is different. Gradually I choose English Literature as my main subject and shine to write more and did not stop yet.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
Writers who are real,who write about real and true experiences are my favourites.
Namely, Aatish Taseer, Jasmine Kaur, Harman Kaur, Rinum words, Jay Shetty.
But as such I do not read books. I am only keen about poetry.
I think, people inspires me. I have always read them and felt.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
The Chord is my recent arrival. It is a book about emotions. It consists of tales, snippets and words . Nothing is specific.
