Featured Interview With Lisa Diaz Meyer
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I was born and raised in the East New York section of Brooklyn. I now live thirty miles away on Nassau County’s south shore of Long Island, New York.
Our beautiful tabby Chloe was a rescue kitten found trying to get warm in someone’s car engine a few winters back. In the last three years she’s taken over the house and our hearts.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
My mother taught me to read and write at pre-school age and my father’s little library always amazed me, so I’ve always been fascinated with books and writing.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
My favorite authors are Stephen King, Anne Rice, Clive Barker, Raymond E. Feist and many more. My favorite genre’s are sci-fi, fantasy, horror and classic literature.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
My latest book is ALL ROADS SHATTERED: A Collection of Dark Fiction Short Stories and Poems. In it you will find dark and diverse, multi genre fiction such as sci-fi, post apocalyptic, dystopian, paranormal, mysteries and dark poetry.
