Kneller Fernandes is a Master Mariner by profession, who has been at sea for the past 25 years.
In his initial years, he would tend to fall ill each time he returned from the ship. He then realized, that if he worked out onboard, this sickness would not occur. In other words, his immunity would be built up.
This was one of the reasons he started getting passionate about exercising and eating right. Reading books extensively, researching and watching as many videos as he could lay my hands on. He tried all these things out on himself and saw what worked and what didn’t. This helped him maintain his ideal weight for the past 20 years or so, and the side benefit was that made him look younger.
He found a lot of information that was totally without substance, and some of it downright dangerous. To share his knowledge, he started the blog “Stayfitnyoung”. Further, he got myself certified as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist.
His wife had fought and won against Cancer. This only furthered his resolve to spread this message out to others who might need help.
This was the birth of the book “The Weight Loss Ladder: Let’s Un-Complicate Fitness”. It is a result of a lifetime of his work.
