After serving in the US Navy, graduating from college and law school, Jeannie found her passion in the healing power of raw and living plant-based foods. She is a Raw Food Chef and Instructor after graduating from the Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California. Jeannie is the founder of Faithful Palate and serves as a Nutritional Living Coach teaching The 7 Essential Raw Food Eating Habits. Most of all, Jeannie enjoys a loving relationship with each of her three grown children and resides in southern Utah where she is active in the LDS Church and currently serves as a Sunday School Teacher to a lively group of 4-5 year olds.
