Richard was born in London. As an actor he has appeared on many TV shows and had a recurring role on the daytime drama Days of our Lives. He also guest starred with Angela Lansbury in episodes of Murder She Wrote as Edward Cadwell in the highly acclaimed episode ‘Tinker, Tailor, Liar, Thief. On the stage he was nominated for the Kennedy Center award for his portrayal of Henry 2 in a production of The Lion in Winter and has appeared on the stage in Los Angeles and London. He has also put his voice to audio books and is now in the process of narrating an audio book version of The Portrait of Evil. This is his second published novel. His first, Stained Glass was co written by his late wife who died tragically at a very young age. Richard has made his home in the USA for over thirty years and presently resides in Las Vegas.
